Remember the saying, "The early bird gets the worm". Your mind is fresh and you will find that you will meet more, motivated people who will cheer you up, provide access to opportunities and help you achieve your goals if you get up early.

If you want to get up early, avoid drinking the night before, or if you can develop some self control stop drinking alltogether.  Follow the lead of some billionaires, like Trump and Warren Buffet who have eschewed drinking alltogether.
